Monte Vinea is a home created with love, passion, and attention to detail. Maja and Željko have poured their hearts into it, carefully selecting every element. From the very entrance, you can feel the warmth and elegance of the space, enhanced by thoughtfully designed lighting that creates a special atmosphere. Guests have access to a fenced courtyard with four parking spaces, an electric vehicle charging station, video surveillance, an alarm system, and video intercom. The house is equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi, ensuring a fast and stable internet connection throughout the property.

The upper floor features four luxurious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, premium mattresses, and large glass walls that open up to beautiful views. The master bedroom also has a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee, light exercise, or relaxation. On the same floor, there is also a wellness room – a peaceful retreat for massages, wellness rituals, and complete rejuvenation.

The lower floor is the heart of the home. It includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table for eight people, a guest toilet, and a spacious living room with large sofas, a Smart TV, a gaming console, and a fireplace overlooking Učka. A special highlight of the house is the elegant private wine cellar featuring selected Istrian wines.

The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment throughout the day, with a summer kitchen, a large dining table for gatherings, a heated swimming pool, and a sun deck offering complete privacy.
